This looks weird, Right, A Code 3 Excalibur on a Utility & LED, Well Harrison Township in Allegheney County Pa, They have this setup. The only thing that's not accurate is the rear lights on the utility. They do not have lights in the back window of the utility.
Anyways The pack includes a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria(Which may be retired IRL) & a 2013- 2015 Utility. There is only one skin on each vehicle since their whole fleet is Utilites & couldnt find out a lot about this department. Here's a vid of the one of the cars
