Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. I hope you guys enjoy :) Big thanks to @Chappie @mroxplay and @Slendis for the Screenshots, Cinematic Video, and Plates/Badges.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

 

Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?

A: Not even a little sorry bb 

 

Q: How do I install X?

A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.

 

Q: X isn't working why?

A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.

 

Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

    It can be done with Custom Backup. If setup correctly, the cars spawn when you call for backup in/near Vespucci beach. 

    Search for the plugin on this forum and you’ll find it. Good luck. (It’s the best)

    thanks for the suggestion. I know that plugin but i have always thought that it is very performance consuming

    Nah I wouldn’t say that. Maybe someone else has a different opinion. But it’s worth it. It makes the game so much better. Of course you should have this Vespucci pack spawn as your backup :)

    Any way to tone down the BRIGHT back up lights on the FCV?

    Antennas flash on and off in state 2 and 3 lighting on taurus.

    You would need to make the white in the emissive texture darker in Photoshop, and you must have the wrong VCF in the for FPIS as I dont get that issue, and neither does anyone else.

    This is a sick pack! I'm looking to put the Utility and Vic in the Policeold1 & policeold2 slots, because I've got the Texas fort-whatever in the others, would you know what I need to change to get them to stop doing barrel rolls mid drive?

    Sounds good! Probably just the handling, although to be honest I'm not great at the whole meta, rolling fixes and etc. so I had Slendis help me with the .meta maybe he would know, but I would try the handling before anything, sounds right.

    Did u release that unmarked cvpi without the pushbar from the pics somewhere or only the one in the pack with the pushbar? Just curious I replaced the default unmarked cvpi (vapid stanier) in the police4 slot with it. I read the description and saw the pack had the pushbar model was hoping id get lucky and it would be an extra I could put on or off but doesn't seem that way. Either way these all look great I love this pack nice work @t0y

    Now I'm sad :'(   I'm sure a charger would have looked absolutely AMAZING in this pack. But anyway it's still an amazing pack with an extraordinary light package. Are you planning on making a sheriff pack like this?
