Someone may have type 20 blood pressure or high blood pressure and by law the must have some sugar in their car or else receive a medical citation and have their vehicle towed for life with no appeal. The ram bar is for pitting a vehicle when someone takes off for have too much sugar in their system.

And I'd reckon the shotgun and AR are just there to put them out of their misery if there's nothing else we can do to save them 'despite our best efforts'.
