LOL.. Dude you was able to put a layer on this skin, but you couldn't figure out how or didn't feel like painting it to complete this skin!!! Would have looked pretty good if you had of painted it.. But really you should not post unfinished skins!!

hey nobody said you had to download my mods.... i dont read the comments cuz i didnt know people were leaving them....... seriously i literaly just got into making skins and i dont have any kind of software the only thing i can use is microsoft paint and because of that i cant cover the template but it dosnt matter i post these in case someone likes them and i dont care if they are good or not i just make them when im bored as a pass time... so fuck off..

Look, we're asking that you try to find a way to remove the template because these skins would be good without it. I'm not familiar with Microsoft paint, but one thing you could try is deleting the original layer. If not that, you could add a blank layer and put a background color into that, then use layer to cover the template but nothing else. The reason why people were giving you crap for these skins was because you've had dozens of comments advising you to remove the template, but we didn't see any replies. People would probably like to use these skins, but only if there is a background color instead of the template on it.

I understand he needs help. The reason everyone is reacting the way they are is because this isn't the first time this has happened. I along with others have tried helping him by commenting on his uploads and posting helpful tips but he doesn't read them. If he would test them in game or at least try them in OpenIv he would see that they are not complete.

There's no requirements for the quality of mods, we approve any mods that meet the rules regardless of quality.

I think its time that you guys maybe consider updating your rules regarding quality, unless you want the site to be forever spammed with useless skins. Nobody would use these skins, so why approve them and spam the site?

Let him learn, saying these are terrible won't help. We all started from nothing, and it took practice for us to get to the quality that we have our mods at.
