Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. I hope you guys enjoy and feel free to leave your criticism and issues you find down below.

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

 

Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?

A: Not even a little sorry bb 

 

Q: How do I install X?

A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.

 

Q: X isn't working why?

A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.

 

Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

Hello Community,

 

I recently installed GTA V and LSPDFR, so I am not that familiar with these installations.

I have already installed Traffic Policer, SmartRadio etc. I watched YouTube videos, so I can be sure to do nothing wrong.

Now I wanted to download this pretty pack of police cars.

Again, I watched a video, how to install this pack. (OpenIV-installation)

I did everything like him (Models into :Mods - Update - x64 - DlcPacks - Patchday15 - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf:). To paste the files, I clicked on the green plus sign in OpenIV, while in the "Edit Mode". I did that with every file in the pack.

I've also packed the VCFs and meta in the given paths, but somehow the cars do not appear, in the menu.

I do not know what else to do.

I am also a bit confused, because in the ReadMe it says: "Replace/Drag and Drop"

but if I use the green plussymbol, it just adds the files and doesnt replace anything I guess.

You can probably just put all of the vehicle files into mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday20>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles

Just use the green plus arrow to add all of the vehicle files that end in .ytd and .yft to this location since its the latest game patch. You won't be replacing anything this way. Only adding them. Hope that helps : )

I only see 11 vehicles in the files not 13 as well in your photo only shows 11, no biggie though

Hi, I got the cars to work and they look great. But for some reason the lights don't light up.

I got ELS and it works, but the lightbars are turned off no matter what I do. What could be causing this? I got the VCFs, vehicles.meta and the models installed.

Probably an ELS issue though...

E: Also, what visualsettings do people use? RadianceV seems to be horribly outdated.

Nevermind, I messed up my visualsettings - downloaded RadiantV and boom, looks much better!

Can I simply just change the name of the model to change the slot that it's going to use? For example I don't want to change my Sherriff car so I could rename simply the car from Sherriff to Police 5 for example? Or is there more to it?

This is one of my favourite packs, but with LSPDFR 0.4.1 I seem to get crashes when ambient spawn of vehicles takes place. It has happened for POLICE4 and SHERIFF that I have noticed with the Exception message: Could not spawn new vehicle.

 

Has anyone got this working without error with LSPDFR 0.4.1? I installed it into patchday20ng

How come the ELS lights are on the wrong side? Example: The red light is on the left on the actual vehicle, but on buildings it appears like the red is on the right?

There used to be another texture pack for this pack but it's been removed. Is there any way to remove the bull horns and the Texas flag from the vehicles?

    The two files named .meta (required) and models say you should go somewhere named ''Mods'' then -Update where am I supposed to drop the files?

    I recently downloaded your pack. I've heard great things about it but I'm not digging the textures. no offense, just my opinion. I want to use these vehicles but do you know any other textures that are compatible with this pack? I asked on LSPDFR Facebook page as well. hopefully someone would know. thanks.

    I installed this one, but none of the cars has sirens. I press "E" as that is the key to turn the siren on, but only the horn is sounding.
    Anything I have missed here?

    Do you have ELS installed? It's required for this mod.

    This are some error that I'm having when I play LSPDFR I don't know what to do, I tried install everything again and nothing changes keeps the same

    The Park Ranger, Police Rancher and the Police Road cruiser  changes of color in different angles like sometimes all black, pink and purple

    Honestly Idk what causes error, my theory could be Openiv because It didn't change the skins of the vehicles or could be in which patchday has been istalled I followed the steps and nothing happens keeps the same thing for me

    Normally it does fine. I've used this pack for some time now.

     

    But this error just cropped up after the base game was updated, LSPDFR and all files were updated. Then I added the EUP configuration (Alex Ashford) file. Not sure if that did it.
