This is my first skin creations if you have and constructive criticism or even request for me to create more I will. I created the pack completely fictional as LSPD and California State Police. I am working on making it available for more templates.  The CVPI skins come with different AOR's I added a couple DUI TF and Airport Patrol. 

 

INSTALLATION:

Navigate to where your CVPI/ CHARGER "ytd" files are located and open them, replace current skin with new.
