INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
1. Download SKIN
2. Download model by mooseyty which can be found at lcpdfr.com or in the description of the skin
2. Open up openIV
3. Click edit mode, and enable it
4. Double click police.YTD
5. Scroll down to sign_1.dds and click replace in the top right hand corner
6. Replace sign_1 with the skin you downloaded from me
7. Enjoy!
