@Lundy I can't speak for him, but I originally made these textures and he updated the patches to the new RDE ones.  I'd made them for both of majorpaine's models with the intent that this one be used with the vest on exclusively, as an outer vest deputy.  I personally used it as an added ped on my end, not as sheriff_01, so I just set up custombackup to have them always spawn with the vest on.
