need EUP menu and components for this to work. 

Black vest converted from OLD eup to New EUP menu by me. To come other versions and colors.

this is an add on to my other EUP vest pack. 

new location

vests are located in mp_f_freemode_01 and mp_m_freemode_01.... look for task_diff_uni

Female vests start at task_diff_uni_04.

known bugs:  distortions on new vest design, due to wrap, this happens sometimes. badges

dont look good on new vest as this vest is designed to move as the player moves. really cool effect, but 

distorts any graphics on the ped model vest.
