I made an NYPD texture for RobertTM 1990 Sheriff Pack (see below for file).

RobertTM made a great Caprice. All the credit for the car goes to him.

If you like the old school 1990's Caprice 9c1 this is the car for you.

 

This is my second texture so please be kind.

 

PS: Yes I know it does not say police on blue stripe near front of vehicle. I did not like how it looked so I did not use it. I use Microsoft Paint program.

I cant figure out how to use Zmoddler program.

NYPD in the 90s still had the blue livery, just an FYI. I believe they switched to the white one around 95/96.

I've got everything switched to NYC in my game.  This is cool because it's an attempt but won't work.  If it was Grabber blue MAYBE but needs a vector bar on it.
