I have already done my research.  I've spoke with several LEOs in Orangeburg Co, two of which are close friends.  No one from that agency has spoke to Gump.

That's nice. Tell them I said hello. You do realize....there are more than two or "several" cops in Orangeburg County right? I would assume so if you're head is screwed on correctly.  Second..The guy I spoke with is with Bowman PD, not Orangeburg Sheriff's Office.

I never said you spoke to anyone in the Sheriff's Office, I said I've spoke with several LEOs in the county. 

I know you have not spoken to anyone with the agency, being Bowman PD.  

I always make a point to correct outlandish claims.  I apologize if you have perceived my text as attention getting, but it's hard to read these tiny messages with my old eyes.  Let's not resort to insults and name calling though, it's not professional.

You, obviously, can leave the comment attached to this model, which is a lie.  I will advise you again that the mature option is to remove it.  Or even better, let's hear from the individual that you spoke with.  If he does exist, i'm sure that Bowman PD will want to hear from him too.

I haven't downloaded the model, although I will point out the image has an inaccurate license plate, and there are a couple of other minor issues.  

When I mentioned to "remove it" I was talking about the comment that you spoke to someone.

I know for a fact that no one from Bowman PD collaborated with you to make this model.  

If someone is identifying themselves to you as a Bowman Police Officer, from Bowman, South Carolina, then they are lying to you.

I'll tell ya what, I'm more than happy to help discredit this comment.  I will happily drive over to the Bowman PD office Monday morning and take some video with my phone of Chief Pendarvis stating clearly that no one in his agency has spoke to you.  I'll even give you his phone number, and Email, so you can confirm for yourself.

If you're not happy after that, then you need to reconsider who you're speaking to from "Bowman."

I already have the evidence I need, why should I care about what some liar's on the internet say?

I was the one who let Carper know that scpolicecruisers.com exists.  It's amazing that some modelers are so confident that their models are accurate, that they're either willing to lie about the source, or collaborate with unconfirmed sources.

I'll also say that I'm not the one making any claims here, i'm only correcting a false one.

Gump is the author and the one who stated, falsely, that he knows someone from Bowman PD. 

Where's the evidence for that claim?

I'm not going to respond to most of that, because you have lowered yourself to throwing insults and name calling.  

I will also point out, that never did I say I wasn't happy about this model.  The model has nothing to do with this.  I don't play the mod anymore, nor do I download the models.  When I see a false claim, especially one so close to home in my back yard, I will always, 100% of the time, correct it.  

The fact remains that there is a lie affiliated with this model.  Either the individual who has contacted Gump is a liar, or Gump is a liar.  I'm sorry that you've been so offended.  I'm keeping this black and white, and about the facts.  My comments prove that.  

Monday evening you will have the video, and there will either be embarrassment, or back peddling. 

It doesn't matter how much you rage now, that will be the determining moment.

So I want this to be out there for everyone else as well so it can be clarified. I have sent this message out, but I figured I'd copy and paste it into the comments so this can be known!

How's it going? Just came by to introduce myself and clarify some things that I had seen in the comments on the "Bowman Charger". I was just browsing through and had seen everything that you had said. As of right now, I am no longer employed with Bowman PD due to medical reasons and I have to have surgery on my wrist again, so I was not able to complete the academy. I was previously employed with Bowman PD for almost 2 years (august would have been two years). This is how everything started, so I can be real with you and start from the beginning. I contacted GUMP the week before Easter. I had seen on his page for LCPDFR he had previously made a Bowman Heat Charger. I was completely blown away to actually see our charger on here since we're so small. I contacted GUMP to see if he could re create the charger for me, so I could play with it in LSPDFR. I am completely new to PC gaming and this was the first time I have every played/modded any games on PC, so i have no idea how to do these things myself. Anyways, I told GUMP what was in the car all the way down to how there's no console on the inside and I usually put the remote for the light bar in the passenger's seat. I just wanted to let you know that when I contacted GUMP i was 100% employed with Bowman PD and had been for some time now when he was contacted. I know it didn't need to go into full detail about these things, but I just wanted to clarify this with you so that you would know that he was in fact not lying about corroborating with me on the build for the Charger. He received the message above from me, I just wanted to clarify it with everyone else that has seen the comments flying around. It's best just to leave it as it is and chalk it up to a misunderstanding. 

@Gump Hey man awesome car and thanks for all the work that goes into this.  I just have 2 questions if you don't mind.   Can I make it so the only  livery is the trooper?  If not can you please make a SCHP mega pack. I'm dying for a really good SCHP pack and would love no more for you to be the artist.

In Open IV, Click on the YTD file you have set for the Charger.  Delete all the other chr2_sign files besides the SCHP one. Then change the name to chr2_sign_1. That should work.

That just made my car turn some crazy green and purplish color.  Lol

Absolutely adore the car but quick question:

I've installed it in the POLICE2 slot, but the handling is very very weird.  Any control input is delayed as if the car is sliding on ice in slowmo.  I've tried changing the handling line in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta" from POLICE2 to POLICE, POLICE3, and FBI with no luck.  Any thoughts on something I might be doing wrong?
