Police SmartRadio - The Successor to Police Radio! 1.2.0.0

Sooooo my invehicle.xml file is completely empty when I click it, and therefore in game there is nothing on the radio when I press C, but there is something there when I'm on foot. also, after exiting a vehicle and pressing c, lspdfr crashes. any idea why?

I'm only getting the Check plate, Panic, End Call, and Tow Truck buttons after updating even though my button xml files have not changed. Also I am getting crashes if I try to loop around through the buttons back to the first page. 

Edit: Never mind I just realized it replaced the config file and I had it set to always show all the buttons but the replaced file didn't. The crash seems fixed now too so not sure what that was about.

Hello I need a little help. I have added several buttons available under Display / on or off / PoliceSmartRadio. For example K9.

The radio button K9 is displayed but when I select the following I get the following message: 

No Action has (yet) been assigned to policesmartradio/k9. No plugin has assigned itself to the button, or yor may have gone on duty twice - make sure only go on duty once.

I already restarted the game and it comes the same message. What am I doing wrong?

The buttons are available in the individual orders.

I've been having the same problem for over a week now.  I just posted again in the discord channel to see if anyone has any clue how to fix the problem.

It's weird, for me everything was working fine, then mid game last week it just stopped...

Love the radio, but additional add ons don't seem to be adding their buttons, I tried arrest manager and peterUcallouts

I do not know either, the Script Hook trainer crashes my whole game. And the Police Radio does not work with the additional buttons.

or you could of just done this for F4 freezing issue

Go into RPH config console | Game settings tab | Click on the down arrow next to Command line switches | Then find "Force Windowed mode" and place a check in the box then Click on Save and Launch at the bottom

is this up to date?

Hey @Albo1125 . God I love your scripts. Hope to be as good as you at scripting someday. Anyways, in the video you overwrite your whole plugins folder. Should I just put the contents inside the folder instead?

As long as you know what you're doing, you can do it manually if you like. I always do my stuff manually. 

Just make sure that you're in the correct destination folder when adding files and/or folders and you should be fine.  Often people mistakenly place files into the Plugins Folder not realizing that they needed to go 1 more folder in which is the LSPDFR Folder. Again that just depends on where the ReadMe tells you to place the files and/or folders. Just be in that folder and you will be good.

I use the new version of Traffic Policer.dll and it crashes my LSPDFR. I use the old version and I can't use the SmartRadio... what's going on here? 

I'm using the latest version for SmartRadio. Lately I'm not able to use the plate check command from the menu.

When I select it, the radio static sound is played and nothing else happens (doen't matter if I have a blipped vehicle or not). All other commands are working fine. Any ideas?

I hate to ask the obvious question, but are you sure you are close enough to the vehicle ahead of you? I thought it wasn't working when I first downloaded it, but then I realized I needed to be quite close for it to work.

On foot I'm standing right behind the vehicle and from inside the police vehicle I'm almost hitting the other car. ;)

So the distance should be no problem. And as I said it also worked before and stopped from one day to another.

 this might be in the comments but what key or controller button do you use to activate smart radio that doesn't mess with ELS?

I use the + (plus) key on the numpad. I then have 8 & 2 to move up/down the list, and 5 to select an option. When I'm in a vehicle, I use the buttons on my wheel.

Hmm hoping to redo controller since hitting all the numbers while driving might not be the best, guess I could see.

How? how are you using it if the radio requires Traffic Policer and T P is making the game to freeze?

So, lspdfr works, RpH works (console doesnt show -even windowed, borderless and forcing DX11-), arrest manager works, traffic policer works but when you install the radio, traffic policer freezes the game as soons as you  go on duty. If you have arrest manager and the radio, the radio just dont work (traffic policer is required), if you have traffic policer and arrest manager (without radio) everything works and if you have TP+AM+the radio the thing freeze when you go on duty

I have been playing LSPD for a week or so with out any issues. I just installed this per the video (I hope) and in the last hour It crashed twice. Any suggestions?

Whenever you have crashes it is always good to post your RagePluginHook.log file as well.
