Depends on which department for mine you should be bare skinned when applying, then after some time and experience and rank you can bend the rules. As once you are in the ranks as a trooper you have a little bit more freedom as far as shaving goes I know there is a zero tolerance for dipping but we do that anyways like I said you get to bend the rules a little bit usually your higher rank really doesn't care.... UNLESS YOU HAVE A BLUE FALCON HAHAH.... Most officers/troopers/deputies are former military and tend to carry on their habits.

or just take the florida name off and make if san andreas are something but all in all this is awesome work.....

Cant seem to use the heads without the head strap, replaced the textures but the head strap is still in game

It's pretty disgusting that you've taken the time to remove EVERY EUP from your packs in favor of "give me money".  Used to love your BCSO EUP, it was something I'd always go to.  I'll find something better that doesn't patreon whore, like GrandTheftPD's nice BCSO EUP.

I'm Sorry you feel this way all of this is temporary until I've completed my vehicle packs hopefully in the future, I'm using it as motivation to keep me going forward only because I lost the drive a long time ago. Try not to hate me too much, but without (Patreon) or (Discord) I would have never updated or made all the 8.1 and vehicle packs. Now what I'm actually doing is updating Ped characters and funny enough Grand is the one who got me into doing things this way also it's just Five dollars for over 40 complete uniforms.

So just to be clear I get all EUPs with the $5 patreon package.
