install map editor 

place file your gta folder and go to game and open map editor and take (load game/XML/WRITE FILE NAME)

No offense, but people might not understand what you wrote on how to install.
You need to explain it for people who never used the map editor, or might not even have any idea what the map editor is or how to access it.
