German Sirens: Pintsch-Bamag ms300 and ms350 1.0.0

Due to a suggestion of @NoMore112 and Einsatzfahrten Deutschland, I made this little modification.
It features two sirens of the german company Pintsch-Bamag, the ms300
and the new Zirkon in-built model.
And thanks to Einsatzfahrten Deutschland for making the demo of the new in-built Zirkon siren.

Demo video:

Installation (You need OpenIV):
1. Go to mods\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf\
2. Right-click vehicles.awc and choose "export to Open Formats (.OFT)."
3. In your new vehicles folder you have to drag and drop the wav-files from the archive and replace the old ones.
4. Now click on new and choose "import Open Formats file."
5. Choose your vehicles.oac. When it has been imported you're done!

I really recommend you to use it along with my siren pack (install it first then).
