When it did crash on me the one time it did, I had jumped in and turned on lights and sirens and when i took off driving it crashed, however i played with it for like an hour solid the next run and no crashes happen so it could be something else in the game causing crash.  I am using default vehicles.meta I did edit the FBI2 meta and made it not have livery and i just use the black paintjob on subsign 1, the license plate is jaced up but i don't really care about that too much, thats one of those things thats a OCD thing to some people but its just what ever to me.  I do think it would be cool if we could get the rims black, same style rims but black, but again thats just a personal thing.

 

I am following this vehicle closely and as it is right now, It will be my FBI2. Looking forward to continued updates.  

 

The only really thing i could care that could be changed is how bright the white lights are in the upper dash when they DO flash lol.. they are very bright.  Im sure editing the els vcf could change that, i just dont know which line it is to tone that down.

 

You can change rims through your trainer but i don't know how i would go about changing the rim color, maybe an optional texture file because i like it the way it is. I can change the brightness, that is visual data file but i can try lowering the emmisve value for the model

The emissive on the red-blue lights is fine just those white takedown style lights that flash intermittently are a bit too bright to the point its hard to see the red and blue lights up there. as fas the rims you're probably right i could just change the texture.

The template is .png and should be exported as one

Then if the template is png I see no reason why GIMP wouldn't open it

I can't get the template to load in any of my editors. Paint.net will not load it, and that's what I typically use to edit liveries for GTA5. Any ideas on that?

i don't know why but whenever i spawn in with simple trainer it doesn't warp me in and when i try to get it crash my game

yeah but it only happen when i used the provide vehicles.meta 

i have figure it out 

use the vanilla vehicle meta and change the handling name

use the all blue textures and edit them to yellow (except vertex.png, they should be white yellow) or they will be steady burn)

So just to update the problems I was having with the fbi2 slot crashing after I installed this car, seems to be that the problem was to do with "Make Visuals Great Again". I decided to reinstall VisualV recently after trying MVGA for a while, after the reinstall was complete and I spawned the fbi2 car in game with this car still in it it suddenly decided to spawn properly and work without any issues.

How MVGA was making that one slot crash I have no idea, just glad I've managed to get it working once again :)
