If you don't like the emssisive textures i've used, i've included different ones that use the "standard" ones. 

 

INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS
================================
-To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where i have found the most success in them working.

 

-To install the vehicles meta file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Or the spot you put your metas in. Simply copy over this line over the existing police3 line.

 

-To install the VCF file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and place it in there.

 

-If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police3. 

 

PACK NOTES
=================================

- I have included separate emissive textures. Some people may not like the ones I have on so its simple to install.

 

- These vehicles are quite large in file size, so I apologize if they are very hard on your computer!

 

- This is similar to the previous vehicle I have released, but I have redone the vehicle to work with ELS.

 

- The interiors have been updated heavily, so that they reflect the real life counterparts, also featuring better looking textures.1

 

- To get the vehicle to look pretty, I recommend using the VCF that I have inculuded with the file. 

 

- If there are any questions I haven't put below, please feel free to post in the comments section! 

 

- If a few bugs with the models, which if you find, feel free to post in the comment section and ill try my best to fix them!


COMMON QUESTIONS
=================================

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or, Install my emissive bits into your visual settings,
or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.

 

Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? The installation is simple.

 

Q: I don't have Patchday10/anything else?
A: Then put the car in your latest patch day, or copy patchday10/anything else over.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carcol?
A: I don't know, it works in my game. Make sure you have no spaces when you copied the line. 

 

Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.

 

Q: Can I make skins for this vehicle?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.

 

Q: Does this vehicle use the same template as your other Utility/Other utilities.
A: Yes it does!

Is it possible to remove the antenna's from the fpiu? id love it if so, only thing that really kills the model for me personally, i know others probably haven't said anything about it, but id appreciate it!

    I have constant side lighting on this model that only goes away when the headlights are off. Any ideas?

    I have searched long and hard and I cannot find any models, of any vehicle, that come remotely close to the quality of the lights and els integration on this mod, for both models. PLEASE MAKE MORE!

    Hey Guys. I'm from Germany, so my English isn't very good.  But after 15 min the left brake light burns permanently. How can I fix it?

    I dont know what it is.. this FPIU will not co operate with me. causes horrible texture pop/loss after a few minutes of play; lots spawning from a chase or something will crash the game, and the left tail light gets stuck on (as pictured below) pretty much like clockwork just before I get bad texture loss or crash. Can not even turn it off through a trainer. Ive tried downsizing the textures (even though they arent even that big to begin with). Tried redownloading the model too. It really breaks my heart because this is by far my favorite FPIU with the lighting setup and everything. scoured all of LCPDFR and gta5 mods and not found a single one that compares.

    I absolutely love this FPIU but it doesn't seem to take damage. It's an amazing model .

    @Thehurk Even tried downsizing some of the textures, using different skins... still get the constant burn left tail light like Paco1141 which is immediately followed by texture popping in game. only vehicle this happens with.

    the traffic advisor light bar in the trunk is really far back and hard to see from a third person view, is this a bug or can it be fixed ?

    I think there is a problem with the left back tail light. When I turn my emergency lights on the back tail light turns on and is brighter than normal. Can anyone help me with this issue?

    I was Able to cheat the system lol. I couldn't decide if I wanted a Slicktop or Lightbar so I made the Slicktop in the Park Ranger slot and the Lightbar in Lifeguard and it works perfectly as I don't want to replace my POLICE slots either

    Do you have simple trainer installed if so there is some odd keybind for indicators I want to say its J and K try that see if it works.

     

    Do you still have the model that only has the one head light on the driver side? this one seems like its on both sides?

    @Thehurkcould you PLEASE fix this, so that player can open rear doors with the use of E key?

    It is build into LSPDFR that when you have a criminal and need to transport them, you then open rear door with e key and place the criminal in the car and drive them to jail.

    Please fix this car.
