In the SS of your game folder, you don't have ScriptHookV (ScriptHookV.dll). It isn't going to work without that.

I'm getting an unusual issue with my ELS. I can activate ELS in that I can bring the control panel up but no lights show on the cars and the flash pattern indicators don't show up either. All cars are definitely ELS as I did them myself and they were fine up until the most recent GTA update, I am running the most recent scripthook and have tried reinstalling the ELS files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This has been happening to me as well. No idea, must be the GTA V Update.

Is there any sort of information as to why ELS is causing my head and taillights to turn off on my emergency vehicles when I activate the lights, I've tried using one xml file that works fine, with no result, I've tried reinstalling ELS, RagePluginHook, ScripthookV, with no result and I've tried reinstalling everything from scratch after reinstalling GTAV completely, I just can't find any solution as to why ELS is causing my emergency vehicles head and taillights to turn off.

I installed this all the correct way as far as I know. Everything pops up and the lights come on but there is no color to any of the emergency lights. I'm using them on the CHP pack and the BCSO pack and can't figure it out. Any help would be really appreciated.

Anybody know if its possible to have the FBI vehicles use the FBI sirens? I want to set my police 1-4 as LAPD and my FBI slots as CHP vehicles. However, I want my LAPD vehicles to have a Smart Siren when my CHP vehicles will have the CHP Siren. But when I use the FBI vehicles in ELS they are running the Police 1-4 sirens. Any way to configure this?

Yeah I'm an idiot and forgot to toggle the shader quality in the game menu. That fixed the whole thing.

Hi all, I have a couple questions:

So my key for increasing the light stage is the default J, but CTRL+Q works too. I don't want CTRL+Q to work, because I have that set to do something else. Why does it do this? Also I think hitting X does something with ELS that it shouldn't.

Is there a way to increase the intensity of environmental lighting? Either in each VCF or in the INI itself. There's a bunch of settings in the [LIGHTING] section of the INI, but not sure what does what.

Anyone know what my options are for "lightingformat" in the VCF and exactly what is different about them?

Please tell me you found a way to fix this. All mine worked fine and now the heatlights and taillights shut off, sometimes one headlight will stay on. The only car that are working are my addon cars with els.

Is there a way to change ps4 controller controls?

This doesn't work. All files are in the correct place and nothing happens. The downloaded vehicle is in the game. I have tried this mod 4 times and doesn't work.

So here is my question... I downloaded an add on pack that has a bunch of vehicles from GTA IV in it. Inside the pack we have a few police cars but unfortunately they didn't come with els config files. I know..... Bummer, right? With how awesome this community is I'm sure we can figure this out. Any ideas?

The bug is: when chasing the target vehicle, if the siren other than button 1 is turned on, the target vehicle will out of control and he will move forward until it hit something. I also know that many people have encountered this problem. because the problem is very small, so few people notice this, but I found it. Please fix it, THANKS!

I have the same problem, the reflex are great but lights not, in the day the lights are almost white. I install Radiance V and it didn`t solve the problem, I instal Visual V too and the problem persits. I am desesperate, I tried everything but I can not fix this. Please help me.

EDIT: I DID!!!! The sholution was the manual modification of the visualsettings, traying and error with the values. The solution is in the next video:

Lt.Caine are you still modifying ELS. I am really enjoy using ELS it represents true Police department lighting set ups on vehicles. just wondering if you could re work it a little or atleast provide a manual to better explain how to edit lighting schemes. There are way too many light patterns to scan through. I would like to be able to shorten those from 54 different patterns for a giving light bar for example the Primary Lights and directional bar! Another nagging question I know people have probably already mentioned 100x is if there is a way to set ELS to turn off the siren tone immediately when you exit the vehicle. I know in real life sirens to tend to be left on because an officer naturally hops out to apprehend a perp and doesnt pay attention to siren. But it would be nice to just have that feature for the game!

All around though I prefer using ELS over Sirenmastery because of the variety of light patterns you can get with ELS that you cant with Sirenmastery!

Is there any way that we could get a button to turn on amber parking lights not hasserds solid lights on until u hit the button to turn them off type of thing like u can in real life cars
