Trooper, Charles here guys its tough right now we just recently lost a State trooper up in New Jersey so not much to say here.

couldn't fit the useless state of Rhode Island lol

also because I'm a mass native the base plate is MA and all the drivers are out of states.

but you can change plate1 to your liking.

..... first off it's not useless (i only take a little offense since i live there), but i do understand that there were a limited amount of spaces and you would rather have bigger states.

    SDorry for your loss,and the Connecticut plate is inaccurate the updated the plates in 2000.
