EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
- To do so, add the following to your settings.ini:

[FLAGS]
SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
```
- The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
- The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
Updated easter eggs.

This is what I keep getting, even though I have the latest rage native UI. This always pops up, I just want to play lspdfr without this error poping up. (Sorry for the poor quality of the screenshot)

I did and still, it crashes I don't know why it keeps crashing despite downloading the correct requirements.

Does anyone have a workaround to EUP menu utilizing numpad to change clothes textures? I do have a controller, but I'd like to be able to change the textures without plugging it in every time.

Re install eup, or reinstall gta itself. All I can say at this point.

Only problem I'm having is the F11 key for the menu not working? So how do i get uniforms now, other then lspdfr uniforms which don't have sheriff or other outfits? I do have everything installed right as watching updated videos like Criminal Justice and Gaming 4 Life. Fine job there doing to help everyone out. Just could use the menu plz.

Hello there guys im new and i really need help with something. So ive been adding some new " car packs " and after i added them when i tried going in game, all the outfit packs i added before were gone, when i tried "LoadPlugin Eupmenu.dll" it said " The following DLC(s) are not present. : patchday20ng, patchday24ng"

I couldnt type the whole dialog but i put a screenshot

I can't quite get it to work. Here are error messages along with folder screenshots showing it is there. It basically says that 2 things are not present while they are. Whats wrong? After this failed, I tried to put the clothes manually from trainer, but, when I reached some specific clothes, game crashed. (My first ever try of putting character skin into the game, if I don't count the dog)

i need help

when i go to transfer my eupMenu to my main gta folder it doesn't transfer to the plugin folder i dont see the eupmenu dll ether can anyone help me with this

This application is clearly broken and needs updated. Mine works until I go to change certain items like Pants item 145 insta crashes my game.

There appears to be a bug with the menu anytime you get to the last item in one of the options it crashes the game.

I also have the latest RageNativeUI 1.9

same, menu opens fine etc but when i scroll through the pants or an accessory it crashes immediately.
