EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
- To do so, add the following to your settings.ini:

[FLAGS]
SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
```
- The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
- The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
Updated easter eggs.

~~So I uninstalled the old, and installed the new, but once in the game I get some weird gliches with clothes and invisible arms with certain officers. Help?~~

Did this update break the old EUP menu? I can't download the new EUP yet because it is too large and my internet is slow and when I load EUP menu now my game crashes instantly and RAGE says nothing.

Everything works fine for me after newest install, I'm just wondering, How long with the accessories menu be out? I need to add some stars to my shoulders so all the NPCs know I'm better than them!

Yes. You’ll need to download the latest EUP and EUP Menu.

I miss the accessories tab, but EUP 8.0 made it clear that we can do a lot more ... but it's a bit more complicated. If u can handle installing mods, you can handle suiting up your character! Thanks for great job!

Why did EUP 8.0 cancel the accessories button? How do I choose sunglasses, armbands and other accessories?

Yup, I caved and downloaded the new EUP just had to wait a little bit haha but everything works great again! Now my only issue is I had Oregon State Police trooper uniforms and they don't really fit well with the new EUP but gotta wait for an update on that or someone else to make OSP uniforms with 8.0 haha

They didn't cancel it, it's just temporarily disabled until a new update of EUP Menu is made which works with more of the accessories available from 8.0. Literally just read a few comments above and you'd see that.

So, if I want to replace the accessories, I can only change back to 7.5, or wait for new version?

You can use the wardrobe creator too. It's not too difficult once you get the hang of it.

Ever since I updated to the new EUP menu all of my officers have funky uniforms. I have the latest version of S&R and L&O.

EDIT: This applies to MY uniforms and the NPC uniforms.

@PieRGud I think you should let everyone know that if they're updating from old EUP, they need to delete their previous presetoutfits.ini from the EUP folder otherwise all the old outfits will still be loaded and it's a big mess. Like the new menu though

This problem will be resolved if you have a file backup of the previous EUP clothing. I put the replaced EUP clothing in the old version into the new version of EUP, there is no such problem. Moreover, the new version of EUP Law & Order and Serve & Rescue replacement paths are different from the old ones. The path: update > x64 > dlcpacks

So put the outfit files of EUP 7.5 into 8.0? I'm sorry. I am sort of new to this stuff and I'm also dumb as bricks.

Yep, but only those files for clothing and accessories can be used in 8.0, and other files have to use the new version.

This is a tad bit confusing. So you're saying we use the old wardrobe.ini, but we won't have all of the features because some files prefer the new wardrobe?

In short, the clothing and accessories can be used before. But the character data I don't know. Anyway, I can use before.
