Text Installation:

1. Rename the file to "skin",

2. Put it in "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\scripts\vdH_PoliceHelper".

3. Now just press X during game and you can now enjoy your new skin!

Unistallation:

Just delete "skin" from "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\scripts\vdH_PoliceHelper".
