Seven skins, five of which are black and white while the remaining two are a fictional all white just for fun, one being a supervisor. 

Each unit has a unique assigned number.

  2.  Locate the file's .ytd
  3.  Open the .ytd texture dictionary file 
  4.  Import all the files included in the rar (Not the readme)

Seems like you have the tinted windows bug to fix this go into vehicles.meta find the line that says diffusetint for the model (in this case police) and replace the value with this

I do, I was just using a fresh vehicles meta, and this was set to be the PRANGER. Thanks for the tip nonetheless
