I am proud to finally present my LSSD Pack featuring a 2011 Crown Victoria, 2013 Tahoe (Marked and Unmarked), and 2013 Charger (Marked and Unmarked)! All vehicles feature ELS-inspired lighting setups (complete with environmental lighting) all accomplished without the use of any scripts or plugins. The lighting setup features all Federal Signal equipment and is complimentary to the other vehicles. The vehicles also feature the following extras:

  • Extra 1: Spotlight up (Sheriff Units)
  • Extra 2: Spotlight down (Sheriff Units)
  • Extra 7: Setina Rambar
  • Extra 10: Panasonic Arbitrator Dashcam
  • Extra 12: Stalker Radar Unit
  •

Thanks to @FirstThirtyMinutes for featuring one of the vehicles and including an installation guide!

Installation uses OIV packages and is as simple as can be. To install the vehicle, just follow the directions in the readme or watch FirstThirtyMinutes's video above.

**If you experience your game crashing on start-up after installation, please download and install this gameconfig.xml to fix the problem: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/add-on-car-crash-fix

The Charger/Tahoe in the FIB/FIB2 slots currently don't support multiple liveries (just one) and I'm not quite sure why. I have the vehicles.meta set up properly. They do accept a single livery however, and their marked counterparts accept multiple liveries.

One last note: the included textures were quickly tossed together by me and are vanilla style. They aren't the best, so I apologize for that. If you would like to change them, templates are included. If you make a good quality black/white sheriff skin and would like me to use it as the default for my pack please message me!

Enjoy!

What's New in Version 6.0.0

  • Added rear bar to Tahoe/Charger (FedSig Latitude SignalMaster)

Most of you people don't read. If you have a problem it is most likely a mod conflict. By default it works just fine. Those lights in the screenshots above are just like that all the time. It does not matter. They are awful and vehicle devs should quit using them. Now that ELS is available I really hope this or another great ELS pack comes out in the future. Open IV install packages are great. I use a mod manager so I can switch on the fly. Right now I enjoy RDE for everything it offers. I would love something like this once they are up to ELS level spec. The variation of the lighting and this dull lightbar like the guy shows is just too distracting for me to want to use. Otherwise you did a great job.

How would the mod conflict if I Open IV package installed it? I have read the comments and tried there ideas, nothing seems to change them to actually looking like an actual LED lightbar. I removed ELS and it still does it. Can anyone please help me on why my lights are still null/dim. Thank  you.

It was a nice package and enjoyed the vehicles included but now I want to replace with actual els vehicles but find where the package installer actually put the files. I searched for all fbi2 yft and replaced all of them with the els suburban yet I can only spawn the fbi2 included in this package. I deleted the fbi package as well and still can only spawn the tahoe. Is there anywany to get a breakdown of where the package installer put all the files exactly?

Is it only Captain14's cars that do that?

Try reinstalling RadianceV or similar mod, make sure postFX and shaders are set to high or better.

It's seperate dlc packs man.

so path would be (mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/fbipack for fbi2

But i have a different question: In the second video about the patrol, which skin is he using? And how he got the yellow lights on the top?

Seriously, these are *fantastic* models - would you *please* consider updating them with ELS?

Excuse me, I notice there is an install, is there a way to uninstall?

I am a new modder here for GTA:V and am just trying out new things and don't want to do anything permanent and have to restart the whole process again. I love the pack but like I said I am just trying out things here and there!

Hey captain,

I think I could need some help, so if you have the time please read this comment and help me out :)

I re-installed GTA V a few days ago and downloaded LSPDFR and some updated plugins and modded lots of stuff in the mods folder, which was a pain in the a** to do^^

First I wanted to use some ELS vehicles, but then I discovered your LSPD pack and installed it alongside with the gameconfig file, used some other skins and it worked just fine, I really like that pack. So today I installed your sheriffs and fbi pack, until then the game worked fine with very few crashes, and I didn't change anything beside installing your sheriffs and fbi pack since then.

When I started the first patrol with the sheriffs and fbi pack installed, no backup would arrive, so I opened the backup.xml (modified so your additional cars could spawn) and checked, but it seemed to be ok.

Started the game again and spawned all your vehicles, for testing. Those from the police pack worked, and fbi and sheriff did too. But if I spawned  fbi2 or  sheriff2, and pressed  F or waited a few seconds, the game crashed.

So I opened OpenIV, and deleted both, the fbi and sheriffs pack, and re-did the backup.xml. Now I am using the default cars for that slot, but the game still keeps crashing if I spawn fbi2 or sheriff2 and no backup arrives either. As I said, before I installed your pack I could spawn those two vehicles and the modified backup.xml did work properly too.

Now I have no clue what to do, of course I made backups but modding all the stuff again would be lots of work, so I wanted to ask if you or someone else maybe could help me out with this. Thanks in advance for your suggestions ;)

Okay, I just found something that might be helpful to identify the issue: When I start LSPDFR and open it's console, there are two lines saying that fbi2 and sheriff2 need to have 4 seats because they are transport vehicles and some type of error message...

Is it possible to delete the non-functional spotlights from the two FBI cars?

How do you uninstall? Why does your LSPD pack have an uninstall package, but not this one?

Can you add a cage/window separating the driver and passenger from the back?
