Mammoth Patriot Combat & ECM Cruiser; that's what I used to call it. It can have a hybrid function of becoming a combat cruiser and ECM cruiser at the same time. Providing jamming to radio comms and now the f*cking military radar, Mammoth Patriot Combat & ECM Cruiser is one kind of ATV (actually it's a SUV) that can adapt with many situations and helping law enforcers and military personnel finish the job.
This is the ELS equivalent of the similar mod I posted before, and hence ELS-IV 8.5 mod is required. Is compatible with older version of ELS, but configurations must be done on your own.
