Instalation

(IMPORTANT!!! You'll need EVI's Charger first)

1) Open SparkIV (or OPENIV) and go to: GTAIV/pc/models/cdimages

2) Open the vehicles.img

3) Search for your Charger and open the wtd file of it.(on SparkIV click "EDIT")

4) Now replace the Livery with the PNG of this Mod (there should be something called "livery_1 or Paintjob_2" or something like that.

5) Save everything. Done!
