Installation:

1. Open up the .wtd file of the Model with SparkIV or OpenIV
2. Replace the original paintjob with the one from this mod (can be found in the SKINS Folder)
3. Replace the "mars skybolt lightbar" and the "lights" textures with the once from this mod (can be found in the EXTRAS Folder)
4. Go to your ELS Folder and drop the "nypd_lcpd_ford_ltd.ini" into it. Now open your slotcontrol.ini and edit the vehicle section of
the car you are using
5. Thats it!

2) It will ask you if you want to overwrite existing Data - Click Yes

After 1 Week of work, i'm proud to present to you the Fort Worth, Texas Skinpack. It includes a total of 28 Skins
And Supports most of the Popular Vehicle Models. You can Use the Skins with most of BxBugs and NickieB's Models.
At the End of this ReadME you will find links to all the Cars i used in the Screenshots.
But remember. You are not forced to use the same Cars as i am.

This Skinpack includes Skins for normal Patrol Units, K9 Units, Supervisors, Freeway Enforcement and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement.
All in the "Where the West begins" Style. But some of the Skins are Black & White aswell as just White.

(Please note that i don't live in Fort Worth and i can only work with Pictures found on the Internet. I tried to be as detailed and accurate as possible. I love KevinDV's Truck but unfortunetly it's a Police Truck. and i already had a Mod for this Spot so i made an Ambulance Skin for it.
It's based upon the vanilla GTA 4 Ambulance.

Clean State Pavilions Mod

This mod replaced the rusty textures of the State Pavilion Towers in Meadows Park with clean ones.
I now it's not a big thing. I just wanted to do a test project with those towers to see if i'm able to retexture them.

Bugs

No Bugs but the textures do look a little bit too clean. I may change that

Installation
------------
Use OpenIV or SparkIV and replace the "qm_fm4_pav.wtd" which is located here: GTAIV/pc/data/maps/east/queens_m.img

Licence Plate Mega Pack v2

What is this?

this Pack includes License Plates of all 50 U.S States as well as all Canadian Plates and some Special Plates
that replaced the standard GTA 4 Civilan Car plates


Why aren't ther Pic's of all the Plates

Because it would take ages to take Pictures of every single License Plate in this Pack.


How to Install?
-----------------
Just replace the vehshare.wtd file in pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.ide with the one of the mod by using sparkiv
Save and close and thats it


Any known Bugs?
-----------------
The Plates look very dark on some vehicles such as Sultan RS,FEROCI and a couple more.
