Just a side note for people, spotlight_lite material at the top of the material hierarchy so that the light will shine though the glass ;) Good work on the spotlight as well!

How do you make  the spotlight work becuase I tried what gump said and didn't work

Okay, my apologies...but i have no idea what that means...

It means you can only use it if you make models, it's a part for cars. It's not an addon type of thing, or a mod for the game.
