Is there a way to put the police vest into my EUP?

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, or if it has been answered already, but when I installed the files, it doesn't seem to have fully implemented. My peds have the updated face and the body armor, but they don't have the taser on the chest or the camelback on the peds back. Is there possibly something I did wrong installing it? Thank you in advance.

Don't worry...It's not a dumb question. Those features are not longer available in V4, only in previous versions of the mod.

Considering the last wave of new stuff for EUP i will take that in mind. However i'am not quite sure how much i could get done. At this moment i don't know if i should just release dev stuff and wait for any modder willing to do new peds or try to continue this when i get enough time. Time will say.

    Could you make this into an EUP setup, I really love this uniform but I just wished it was also EUP, this is the best uniform I have found and the one I love so to be able to use it with a custom ped for EUP would be amazing.

    Hey, The pack you made here is super cool. Though I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong during installation, but when I install the peds, Rage plugin hook fails to load.

    How do I put the hat on? Do I need a certain trainer or what? I installed the hats and addons but, cant put them on. I use Native Trainer to switch characters right now.

    I tried reading everything from top to bottom but there's no comprehensive description for the mod whatsoever. What is it? What does it do? There's no context for the screenshots either.

    I really love this LSPD uniforms but I installed the mod and everytime I want to play LSPDFR I get the old uniform and not this one am I doing something wrong? Please let me know.
