everytime i load the map all my textures start disappearing

When you are ingame, open task manager > Details, rightclick GTAV.exe, set priority to high.

Just a suggestion you should make it that we can go on duty in the FIB building.

I'm sorry, i dont know how to script in GTA 5, i was a pretty good scripter in GTA San Andreas (even had my own multiplayer server), but i have no idea how it works for gta 5. This will be up for the developers.

Impossible unless the LSPDFR devs add support for this which I don't deem likely.

You can go on duty everywhere by jumping (space) and pressing F9 at the same time though.
