I never understood why Google is so hard to use. 

Since yours is broken,  install them in any patchday after 3, ie patch day 4-11. Carvariations.meta. Can installed anywhere.

would it be possible to change the lights to have coronas, so they can be used with this mod and bounce off objects at night:
