OF THE 2016 UTILITY WITH A HQ INTERIOR, WITH GENERALLY THE SAME LIGHT SETUP. FIND IT HERE:

IF YOU DO NOT USE THIS FILE, THEN THE VEHICLE WILL NOT LIGHT UP PROPERLY

Instillation Instructions
=================================
To install this model, all you have to do is just put it in
Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday9>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

To install the CarVariations line, all you have to do is go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data

Add what i put in the carvar.txt to the end of your carvariations.

If you dont have patch day 9 in your mods folder, then just copy it from the base files

- YOU MUST HAVE RADIANCE V INSTALLED FOR THE LIGHTS TO HAVE BLOOM AND LOOK GOOD!!!!!!!

- This is probably one of the most customizable vehicles i have ever made, and it actually features
the use of every single siren available to GTA V.

- There has been over 30 hours to get this vehicle to be in its current state. There are a few small bugs,
but they aren't too noticable.

- The interior is nothing how I want it to be, which is unfortunate but I have nothing better to put in the
vehicle.

- If there are any bugs with the model, please feel free to let me know.

- This model is very highpoly, around 220k pollys. The file size is also on the larger size, around 6.5mb,
I apologize for this.

- I have included Multiple skins that you can install with the model, or you can install them all if you want to.
**To install the skins, you must name them explorer_sign_# (replace # with whatever number you want)**

- All skins are in 4k, so adding them all will increase file size

- The file size of this model is quite large, as is the poly count (220k). If you cant use the vehicle, i'm sorry
but i cant make it any lower for what i have on the vehicle.

- Please check the extras folder for anything you need with the model, including templates, extra files, etc...

I realised how to change the paintjob now! :)

But how do I change/add a bumper?? :)

I used Radiance V.(bright and very bright) But It doesn't bloom... Can you help me?

Try looking for a solution with the comments previous. I do not know what causes this.

set in settings postFX on high and shader on high too -_- read previous comments next time

...? shader setting is also high

I spend about 7hours to figure it out but failed.

I tried reinstall it, check carvar.meta and vehicle.meta, also Visualeffect too...

Bug's car uses coronas. With a simple car like that youre able to. With my vehicles since i do more complicated things you cant. For some reason your visualsettings are not being replaced, therefore your lights aren't getting any bloom. Try looking for the visualsettings in mpvalentines2 and replace that.

I am having the same issue with this purple portion of the car. When I changed the secondary color, it did nothing. I believe it needs to be changed by Hurk and nothing really we can do about it.. unless I'm missing something.

@SoarHawk Yeah, that's what I feared too... I'm just not sure which file I need to change to remove the purple and insert another color.

Right now, I'm wishing that I didn't notice the purple, it's just super noticeable under the sun.

I had the same issue, but resolved it with photoshop. I attached the file I edited. You can backup the original by exporting and replace it with the new one, and see if it works.

I've never had this purple issue so i can't help with it. It could be something with the carvar, or something else. I have no clue what it could be.

Nevermind, the dot is the attachment. Is it black2 8x8 dxt5?

I have confirmed the culprit as pointed out by @Ranger61 , black2 is not black.

You just need to desaturate it. Darkening is an option. I went with 25% darker. I wouldn't go much further. Tried and it make the bottom look like it didn't exist.

I guess it's a trade off the author has to make. Detail under every condition with some color issue vs detail under certain conditions with no color issue.

Thank you! This fixed my issue, the car's bottom is now black instead of dark purple.

It seems to be how openIV renders the textures. it does that to like 90% of my textures

Enabling the traffic advisor doesn't change anything for me? I see in pictures there's orange lights which I guess that's what the advisor does, but my lights just remain to flash blue and red, no orange.
