1. open OpenIV
2. Go To GameDirectory\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
    OR (If You Are Not using The Mods Folder)
    Go To Gamedirectory\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
3. Locate the Vehshare.rpf File
4. Replace it with the Vehshare.rpf file in the zip file
5. Close OpenIV And Start GTA5!

    When using these edited tags/plates, will PoliceRadio, or LCPDFR still allow you to perform license plate number checks?

    Hi, could you make a PA Municipal Plate as well as a Delaware plate, if it's not too much trouble? You'd mentioned you were making plates for police, but the only plates I've seen here so far are the PA EV plates for EMS/Fire. If you could, it would be much appreciated.     Hi after i switch the .rpf file and exit openIV do i need to do anything more to get the plates to work im askig as you wrote important ish and i dont get what that part means thanks!

    Hey do you think you could do CO plates such as these two? The white and green one is the modern one and the other is the early 2000's. Thanks!
