This checklist was made as a tool for people that are (re-)installing LSPDFR.

Infuriatingly I have had multiple occasions where I was installing LSPDFR and when I thought I was all done, booted up the game, and to my disappointment I would have missed a couple of mods/plugins which caused me to shut down the game and add those things.
So here is a checklist to prevent those horrible things from happening.
 
Included is a word document.
If you are planning to use this checklist digitally you should NOT use the word document. Please use the Google Docs version here or use the link in the .txt file!
A tutorial on how to use it is in the preface of the file.

This plate does keep the randomization of the standard gta plates!! 
So it does still functions as normal plates character wise!

Why I made this you ask? 

I used to be a part of a 5m clan called Arizona department of public safety. I noticed they were still using standard gta plates so I decided to make this for them. 
I sent them this mod to where the owner was just rude to me not even saying thank you. So don't join them if they are on your radar 

Here it is now for everyone to enjoy!

1. Drop the plugins folder in your root GTA5 folder.
Easy right?

If you want better backgrounds on your computer you can download this addon that replaces the stock backgrounds with Dutch backgrounds.

1. Download and install the British road signs by Razor792 and Albo1125: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/united-kingdom-road-signs
2. Download and install the Austrailian road signs by Darkmyre: https://www.darkmyre.net/files/file/60-ozgta/
3. Go to Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ozgta/dlc.rpf/x64/straya.rpf
4. Delete all the mule and trailer files.
5. Copy all the files in the "Signs" Folder into this directory. "Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ozgta/dlc.rpf/x64/straya.rpf"
6. Done

Bus sign,
Place the file in the folder "Bus" in: Mods/x64h.rpf/levels/gta5/props/roadside/v_utility.rpf 
//Plans//
1. Replace all the obviously British/Austrailian signs to Dutch signs
2. Get a zmoddeler license to model the sizes and other models in game.
3. Replace all the signs in game to the Dutch Counterparts.
