This is a simple script that is based on ragehook to make cars move over when only having your emergency lights running not your siren

no keys because it works as a standalone script what I basically mean is it doesn't need any user interaction it does everything by itself

I am trying to enhance the "default" without script behavior so the pullover behavior or "move over" behavior is improved because to be honest when I play the game every time I get to a crowded area in gta v I keep crashing into people because they don't move over correctly.

So I guess the gist of what I am trying to say is be respectful, don't say the obvious everyone knows this works without a script by default in gta v.

README/Install Instructions:

extract the dll file from the zip file using 7-zip or winrar or whatever
and then copy the dll file to your plugins folder
to here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\general\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins
and that is where you place the dll file to make this script work
If you have your game on any other drive replace the C:\ part with your drive you have the game on.

Important Notice regarding Obfuscation Used to Protect Copyright

Due to using Max Obfuscation Settings inside the .Net Framework Obfuscator that is used to protect copyrighted logic & such inside the software/plugin, it is likely a antivirus might see the obfuscation and several other obfuscation settings like anti-tamper/anti debug/etc that are used to further protect and prevent copyright infringement of the software/plugin as a False Positive.

To Date as of 8/23/2023 there has only been one lesser known antivirus named "Ikarus" that has even thought this plugin is a virus/trojan which it is not and is only due to the extreme protection settings set in the .Net Framework Obfuscator used to protect the software/plugin that causes this.

yes, didn't read the changelog above where it states it now uses another different "method" of making trucks,semi's,etc move over? Excerpt: Please read the changelogs as it would be more helpful to read it since they have the answers in them already for questions like this, so I do not have to repeat myself multiple times on the same question.

It does yes, this was a recent addition based upon suggestion from a few comments back. you need to enable this in the auto generated INI File: by changing: EnableNewTrafficBreakFunctions=false to: EnableNewTrafficBreakFunctions=true For this new feature to be enabled/work.(it is disabled by Default)

Okay, that is fine, the SP Version is obfuscated with the same Obfuscator. It is not a virus. Just looks like it from the various Obfuscation Settings set to ensure My IP(Intellectual Property) is protected.

Does this plugin come with a performance hit? I'd imagine you lose some FPS with this.

It is designed to not have performance hits, however it is hard to tell though by myself as I don't have any.

The moving around you in a traffic stop feature works well when there are multiple lanes of traffic. However on a 2 lane road what you have is drivers going into oncoming lanes to get around you and its clogs up the road. Any way to limit it to only roads that have more than 2 lanes? Or just a way to toggle it in an ini file?

I am not aware right now of anyway to determine how many lanes a road has in game, I would have to do research and find out if there is a way to determine that as I am not exactly sure if there is a way right now to do such at this time.

I'd like an Option to toggle if the traffic moves over without siren running (lights only).

I'm using DLS and steady burn when cruising and traffic isn't supposed to get out of the way in these situations.

Okay, I am not that familiar with DLS yet so I will have to see if it uses the standard native to set Emergency Lights Only Running(No Sirens) if not, would have to explore how to make it compatible with DLS then.

Okay, would you mean like you want them to ignore you when on a traffic stop? though I am wondering if you are saying basically, the plugin isn't actively detecting which side of the road you're on and it is sending vehicles in the wrong lane of traffic or something like on a 2 way road? could you please maybe elaborate on what might be going on so if it is a issue/bug with the plugin logic I can fix it in a newer release? As the Plugin is still being actively maintained despite it not looking like it due to there is several things that go on in the background to ensure the updated plugin code is ready to be released before releasing it publically.

when would this be updated? 😀 there still vehicle stuck behind you when you do traffic stop.. also big trucks don move to the side when you have your lights and siren............ or you could add traffic control when you booking the st.. and clear the vehicles from behind you make them go around you or making a u turn

Unfortunately there is no timeline when it will be updated, as several things go on in the background to ensure it means my quality & all standards and until all bugs are worked out & ensured during Q&A Testing that everything works as it should, then it will be released publically.

There is likely several innovations coming with a new update that will likely support making them go around you & such(which it should already make them do it already but I guess not, which is why due to several variables like this that are worked on & tested to ensure they no longer are issues, cannot really give you a idea when it will be updated.)

This is possible maybe, but due to Q&A testing and all, I could not release that part yet due to still working hard on trying to perfect that part.

when I use ELS I generally never use ELS Traffic Control Feature due to my plugin usually is more better about making traffic get out of the way, but I remember having it on before when testing once and having my plugin run at the same time, and they both worked together without issues.

is possible in the future if you driving slow with the unit police cruiser with your lights on!! make the vehicle slowly pull to the right all the way to the right .. and if you driving fast with your lights quickly make the vehicle move to the right , all the way to the right as soon as possible. and also big trucks too.. and while having your car stop blocking traffic make them go around you.. or make them do a u turn .... I know is long process but would be nice ... can wait too see your next ProJet would be waiting 😍

The traffic going around feature is weird, cause traffic goes crazy when I am doing a traffic stop on the highway. Could you make it so you can either set it to true or false?

Yes this is being rewrote at the moment along with several other changes, however no ETA on when this will be released.
