This is basically my version of the Hamilton Country, Indiana, Sheriff skin for 2014 DODGE CHARGER LSSD - V1.1L.

To install it: Open OpenIV > go to where your car is saved, usually MODS/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf, (Edit mode) then change the skin by opening the car .ytd file and replace with any "chr2_sign_X" of your choice.

LOOOL my bad, I'll update it. I actually have the Indiana state one but I can't get the logo downloaded for both sides, so I have the right side reversed. I can upload it to my account if you want.
