    The only problem with this car is the wheels, they're too small for a big vehicle like this one. Also if you can make the LEDs little bit brighter they'll be the best! Look at the Charger that Bxbugs123 made.

    This is basically my version of the IMPD (Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department) skin for 2014 DODGE CHARGER LSSD - V1.1L. Car download link: To install it: Open OpenIV > go to where your car is saved, usually MODS/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf, (Edit mode) then change the skin by opening the car's .ytd file and replace with any "chr2_sign_X" of your choice. Contact me if you desire any changes.
