Welcome to VocalDispatch for LSPDFR!

If you watched the video, remember that Charlie 63 is my unit number - not something you need to say to make it work. You should choose your own identifier.

DISCLAIMER: Although I am not done working on VocalDispatch, I've become extremely busy with work and will not be working on it for a while. I will offer the best support I can, but my response times will be slower.

Features:

Communicate verbally with dispatch
Accept a callout verbally
Request backup (code 2, code 3, pursuit, air unit, SWAT, ambulance, firetruck) verbally
End current callout verbally
Tow truck and transport support (via Arrest Manager)
Custom Backup and Better EMS integration
Responses to status (show me <status>) and detained/in custody reports for videos and added immersion
Varied and appropriate responses to verbal communication
Developer API for integration with third party software

To use features provided via Arrest Manager, you will need to install Arrest Manager by Albo1125, version 7.9.1.0 or higher. You can get it here:

To get the best backup and EMS functionality, please install the following two plugins.

VocalDispatch will automatically use both of these plugins, if installed.

Non-English Languages

It is possible to use VocalDispatch in other languages. You can do this by editing the {GTA V}\plugins\lspdfr\VocalDispatch\default.xml file to reflect the appropriate words in your language and changing the locale setting in {GTA V}\plugins\lspdfr\VocalDispatch.ini. If community contributors wish to translate the files and upload them for a certain language, I will add them here.

Someone could help me? I've translated to pt-BR with sucessfull and put pt-BR in "vocal dispatch.ini" but when i load the plugin in game, it says i don't had the correct language pack, but i hav all the language pack to brazilian portuguese. Sorry for the bad english.

If LSPDFR runs on Windows 10 (which it does), all of its plugins should be compatible as well.

@turbofandude I installed this according to the readme, yet when I press the buttons nothing happens. I had this plugin once before but I then reinstalled all my plugins, and I'm not sure what is different this time.

VocalDispatch always crashes when I go on duty it says to check your ragepluginhook.log file. So I reinstalled rage plugin hook, didn't work, and I also reinstalled vocal dispatch, and even tried changing the speech settings, it didn't work... here's my ragepluginhook log

This looks like it might be a mic issue - (it's crashing loading the default mic). How are your audio devices setup?

How do people predict the names of the number plate, like first thirty minutes when he uses vocal dispatch to check someones license plate, like if the number plate was 22JVY983 he'd say 22 John Victor Young 983 and so would dispatch, how does he know?

And by the way, I can't seem to be able to check someones license plate with VD either

Hello everybody! I installed everything as instructed but apparently the Vocal Dispatch won't work/load.

What is the mistake here?
I even tried to load it manually but it gives me an error with wrong parameters as the message says.

Hello. I cannot tell you enough how much I love and appreciate this mod. It is truly wonderful. However I have a question about the audio used in the game. Every single time I request code 2 assistance, the dispatcher uses the "code 99" audio to reply even though its not a code 99 emergency. The backup still arrives like normal with no lights or sirens like a code 2 would, so I was wondering if it is possible to remove that audio from the mod? It seems beyond our scope of control to make those kind of changes to the mod.

When I'm trying to use this mod I'm seeing this error "language pack error, do you have the right pack?" but I'm already using English in game language whats the problem exactly?
