How to install: use open iv select 64xe.rpf/levels/generic/gta5/vehicles.rpf and open the pranger.ytd in Edit mode. Then replace the pranger_livery with the Winnipeg livery.

As of right now the cvpi, taurus, and other vehicles are unable to use this kind of texture due to rockstars weird mapping.
