[4k] [Lore] ULSAPD Livery pack 1.0.0

This is a livery pack for Crizby's ULSA Police pack. https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/41348-non-elsdlsdlc-add-on-ulsa-police-fr-pack/
However they should work with any packs that use Actuallytoxic's Scout/Buffalo.

Based on/inspired by Oregon State University PD, these liveries comes in two styles:
Red and white POLICE, and red and black PUBLIC SAFETY, and also white/black/grey ghost units.

=========Install Instructions=======
Inside the folder you will find 3 folders for the three models.
Inside each of these are 4k liveries and a subfolder with 1k liveries.

The 4k go into the model+hi.ytd
And the 1k go into the model.ytd

Just drag and drop them in the correct ytd and you're all set.
