The University of Los Santos - San Andreas is the perfect place for the privileged adult babies of Los Santos to hang out at, they don't have to work but can still use their parent's money without appearing as lazy or spoiled. Tasked with keeping the campus safe by babysitting the huge frat parties and keeping various homeless trespassers away the ULSAPD is a well-funded but not-so-action packed agency: legally considered law enforcement, in practice they are little more than your average security guard.
A lore-friendly ULSA Police pack, entirely fictional with inspiration taken from the Frisco Police's decals for the livery.
The pack includes the following vehicles:

Installation instructions for DLC add-on:
1. Launch OpenIV, enable edit mode
2. Copy the "frlsuniversitypd" folder to the following path: "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
3. Navigate to: "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and add "<Item>dlcpacks:/frlsuniversitypd/</Item>" at the bottom of "dlclist.xml"
but above "</Paths>"
4. Save and exit
OPTIONAL: DLS configuration installation instructions:
1. Copy the folder 'plugins' in the 'OPTIONAL DLS Files' folder
2. Navigate to your GTA V main directory
3. Paste the folder 'plugins'
OPTIONAL: ULSAPD red & black liveries installation instructions:
1. Launch OpenIV, enable edit mode
2. Navigate to the following path in the 'frlsuniversitypd' DLC folder: dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf
3. Drag & drop the .ytd files from the 'OPTIONAL Red & Black Liveries' folder
The Siren Setting Limit Adjuster is required to stop sirenSetting conflicts with other packs!
The Gameconfig is required to support multiple addon vehicles, otherwise your game may crash!
The Dynamic Lighting System is recommended to be able to use non-ELS stage lights.
