Blue Line Trooper - Diddleman1995 1.0.0

A buddy of mine had requested these skins to use within a FivePD server I used to run. Decided after about a year to upload them for anyone that wants them. The models used were a paid pack by TrooperCorentin, but the skins should work for many other models out there. If you do want these skins on a specific template, let me know. I can definitely do them up for you because I have all assets in Photoshop ready to be moved from template to template. 

*My OpenIV is having issues so I cannot cross-check or place them onto a model for the time being.
