San Andreas State Police HEV livery pack 1.0.0

At least have some understanding of reskinning your vehicles.

Install as normal, using OpenIV find the vehicles .ytd file you are reskinning (ex. HEV.ytd) And Open it.

IF you used Ghosts Auto install for the HEV Pack your files will be located here: 

D:\Programs\steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\hevpack\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\ 

Drag all skin files from inside the model folder you are using from my pack into the .ytd you just opened. (Ex. Drag all files from model s folder into the opened model s HEV.ytd file) 

Save the file and your skins should be on your vehicle, Enjoy!

If you are having problems with any vehicle not spawning all of the livery or only spawning as one type it most likely is your vehicle meta for that vehicle missing FLAG_HAS_LIVERY. 

You will want to go into your Vehicle meta through OpenIV, Search for the vehicle you are changing EX: Polmav and add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY to that vehicles flag section.
