MPD Based LSPD Crown Vic, (4k) 1.0.0

Couple things to get out of the way THIS IS BASED OFF OF MPD, so the plat is not the right font and might look a little weird to you.  The rest of the car though is like 94-99/100%.  If you like it download it, if ya don't please tell me bellow I would love to make it better for you.  I also started a discord, here you can just hang out or maybe even catch some of my "early postings."
