I like it up your missing the yellow circle. I hope to see it added. Will this skin work with Code 3 21TR Pack – Ripples Development (ripplesvehicledev.com) ?

I'm missing the yellow circle because this is lore friendly and I used a san Andreas state police badge as the logo. And yes i think it will work with the pack you linked he probably used the same templates. You can always try to add a skin to one of the cars to ensure it works. 

I think the only issue I have with the mod is that, Here in North Carolina, Our State Highway Patrol does not use pushbars.

I do not mean to criticize, But to let you know for future reference. I don't know If the pushbar's were meant to be there, or if you added them, Not knowing that NCSHP does not use them.

 

How did you changed the hood from carbon black.

Yeah I just did something based on it. Nothing here is meant to be exact like NC. If I learn in the future to develop vehicles then I would do it with my own cars made with no push bumper.

I used paint.net and just made the entire car the grey color. then did layers to add the black stripe and words/logos

Unfortunately not at the moment. May add one in the future when I get some motivation back.
