    Yeah I just did something based on it. Nothing here is meant to be exact like NC. If I learn in the future to develop vehicles then I would do it with my own cars made with no push bumper. I used paint.net and just made the entire car the grey color. then did layers to add the black stripe and words/logos

    I'm missing the yellow circle because this is lore friendly and I used a san Andreas state police badge as the logo. And yes i think it will work with the pack you linked he probably used the same templates. You can always try to add a skin to one of the cars to ensure it works.
