chp doesn't use fpis

Sometimes theCHP dos BUT it is very rare 

The California Highway Patrol has never used an FPIS.

I KNOW BUT I JUST WANTED TO MAKE ONE 

just a few things...

first of all, CHP doesn't use Tauruses (as multiple people have mentioned above already)

   second: what happened to the passenger side logo? and why is the text black?

   third: what happened to the roof unit number? its just random text on the roof.

He originally uploaded it as a CHP FPIS and then changed it to an LASD FPIS.

Oh... oh my... I don’t really even know how to describe this.

A few things that needs fixing:

The font is all wrong. You’ve even used different fonts on each text part from what it looks like.

The livery needs some vast improvement.

The K9 livery doesn’t even say Los angeles county sheriffs, just has the seal.

On the other livery you’ve managed to erase part of the seal.
