Here's a pack I started a while ago. It was supposed to be a megapack, but because I don't have time to even wipe my nose, i decided to share it now and update it later on with new things. I've managed to put quite a number of cars with a lot of variations in this first version for you to enjoy. For the next update there will hopefully be bike, HOT and BAT vans, SWAT and more... Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate HPD as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. The ghost units are tested on my graphics settings and mods(Net-Gen Shader), so the bright/darkness of those skins may vary on your pc. 

Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures.

Have fun policing.

    One thing I'd like to see out of this is a normal texture for the charger not just dwi and ghost

    I didn't put one in 'cause I'm unsure if they even have normal ones... but I guess I can add one in the update

    I‘m quite amazed by the quality of the skins and their realism. I actually just saw the 2016 FPIU with the “proper passing windshield“ today when visiting Houston! Amazing amazing. Gotta install it when returning back home

    @wheelcipher Nah, it's just a site bug, but in any case textures are not exclusive to any pack, those up on the list are just suggestions

    hey I love the pack have used almost all vehicles but I can't get the prisoner transport to work I'm replacing files in OpenIV and putting the skin inside the policet file any ideas?   Also, which vehicle pack has the slicktop Tahoe

    @nathan0318 It's a different name, don't drag it over, use the replace button. Select the express_sign_1, click the "replace" button and select the livery that you've unpacked from from my .rar . For the slicktop tahoe, I don't really remember which exact was it, but almost any of the 2013 tahoes should work, it's your chioce
