This is a Richards Majestic Movie Studio police skin . The model was not made by me and I do not have any rights to it. I am simply offering the texture file I made and use. Credits for the model are listed below.  Sorry for the bad screenshots, I will update them later.

I am not responsible for errors or problems this file creates to your game! It works fine on my system so if it causes any issues.... that's on you and you did something wrong. 

To install: 

Start OpenIV and then click on the .ytd file for the specific model you want to use and replace the TAHOE_SIGN_1 png with the file you downloaded here.

You may use my skins for videos/livestreams but do give a little bit of credit at least for my work.
