This is a Menyoo Highway DOT/State Trooper Center. This is in progress and I will be making updates to it as I see fit.
 
This file will use cars that are in YOUR game. You will not have the same cars as the screenshots unless you download them and install them separately. 
 
To install: 
Open your Menyoo folder and place the .xml file in the spooner folder.  
 
You may use my mods for videos/livestreams but do give a little bit of credit at least for my work. 

This is a Menyoo Car Crash Scene . This is still in progress and I will be making updates to it since there might be some bugs that arise. So far it looks good but if you notice anything let me know!
